The best revenge is a massive training jump rope

The following is a list of some exercises to help you get the best form and body you have ever had.

If you can use jump ropes, definitely use a workout routine to get the best benefits. It’s been a year now and although you may have lost weight you are not where you want to be. When is the last time you have changed what you are eating while still being consistent with training?

If you want to get fast or maintain the weight you lost then change up what you are doing. You can stick to this list or make changes in increments to meet your goals. Remember the more successful you are the easier it will be to stay on the path to success. Don’t forget to drink Water and eat balanced food. I’ve been eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, and proteins over the last year. I started this process in February of 2022 and my weight has decreased by 20 lbs. My diet consist of a lot of dark, leafy greens, beets, parsley, kale, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and strawberries. The main difference from what I was eating previously was a decrease in carb intake and an increase in protein.

Protein is important for an athlete because every time you lift, protein is mobilized from muscle tissue to fuel the muscles. I’m not going to lie, the fat loss is mind numbing and I have to make sure I never skip a meal again! Don’t eat more than three times a day and eat within 1-2 hours of your workout depending on how much rest you have. You can eat throughout your day but try to be more focused in your eating in the morning and evenings to have energy while you are jumping rope.

Make sure to include a decent amount of fat in your diet. Fat is the most satiating nutrient. For athletes, fat may be the only way they get enough energy from food. Make sure you are getting enough protein and drink a lot of water. If you are struggling with consistent progress, it could be you are not taking enough time off. You may be lifting heavy weights everyday and then adding sprint workouts on Saturday but it will come back to bite you after a few weeks.
