Coordination, no timing of jumping the rope and no worry about hand position

And that’s the best thing when the kids get out of the gym.

Kids are not as coordinated as they were. No jumping while it’s going over their heads. No hand position to concentrate on is important. And so far, so good. I was concerned when we watched my son jump over the rope a couple of times after that.

However, we have not had to wait this long before the next jumping stage. I plan to follow the system with my three grandchildren. There are three of them. They are eight, four and one. I will teach them the system. This jumping thing is a great way to improve their coordination I just wish it didn’t get boring after a while when you think they will never stop.

It’s like swimming. They have to develop skills. Swimming is one of the best ways to improve coordination skills. My youngest grandson can jump higher than I could on my third try. He thinks the system is very easy now. The five year old just started doing it in her fourth week. She seems to be doing ok. You need an appropriate piece of equipment for all ages. We bought an exercise bike that you adjust the seat of. The handles are also adjustable. The biggest improvement will be for kids who live in highchairs, strollers or in a car seat.

We bought an expensive jump rope to try out. This will be good for those kids too. They will have to get out of the car for a few minutes before they can go home. The system works for everyone. It doesn’t matter if adults need to wait a while. It depends on each child.
