When reaching your chest forward keep a straight face

This is a very important move, because it turns the face to the side.

The reason people can “cheat” with this one? Because they don’t move their face all the way forward, so they don’t have a wide enough angle of the face to see well. In other words, they don’t know how far they actually have to move their face to see well.

It’s like there’s a line the sides of the face can move to see well, but that line is a bit shorter than the end of the face. In that case, just make sure your chest is behind in this step. Your foot is coming up. I’m going to say this because it’s so simple. It’s also a tricky one. When you lift your foot in this move, you turn completely to one side (face, hip, and foot). That can be good or bad, depending on what you’re doing. For example, I just do this as a kind of afterthought to a kick, but if I’m going for a back spin or something like that, it’s not bad because I don’t use much foot speed, just to the side. You’re basically just doing a little turn, which is pretty basic. So I don’t get much credit for this move because I don’t do it a whole lot, but I’m trying to make it a little more important.

It takes a couple of steps to do, so I’m not going to show you the whole thing, but you can imagine the foot comes up, and you bring your toe up until it meets the ball of your foot on top of that first step. So, as I’m going to try to be, here when I say turn the head completely to the side.
