This is the day you get to make your life better and happier.

It's a chance to break free of things today and decide what you're going to do today—the rest will come tomorrow. So, take the day in your hands, and look at your schedule, and decide the things that deserve your attention today.

Then schedule them in your To Do list. The To Do list starts with the phone, take your phone out and check your emails. Do that, then look at your calendar—yes, I know that today is Tuesday and that makes for an exciting day. That's the day to schedule your workouts. Now you've got your schedule, what else can you do today? I've created a list below that should give you many ideas. "The Ten-Minute Jump Rope Workout" (And How to Do It) and "Wake up on time" (Don't leave it to the last minute. You can burn through so much time. Get up at the same time every day. You'll save 50 percent or more by getting up on time. If you have a morning job, make a plan for your day when to fit in your rope jumping exercise.

If you have a job at the other end of the day, make a plan for it. (I don't know how you spend your time, but if you're a night owl, a plan of how to allocate your time at night sounds to me like a good idea.) If you have an evening job, make a plan for your day. (I don't know what you do, but a daily plan sounds like a good idea.) Don't eat on the run. (If you are on time or late, you will be late.) If you have morning meetings, make a plan for your day. Don't take care of unnecessary things, focus!
