FRONT PELVIC RAISE: Maintain a straight body with arms down at your sides. Raise your arms so that your head and neck stretch forward while your spine remains slightly arched. Slowly return arms to the original position.
LATERAL PELVIC RAISE: Maintain a straight body with arms down at your sides. Raise your arms so that they are above your head, while your spine remains slightly arched. Simultaneously tilt your right shoulder forward as far as is comfortable. This motion should be continuous throughout the exercise.
SEATED PELVIC RAISE: Maintain a straight body with arms at your sides. Slightly extend your legs, toes facing front, and your spine remains slightly arched. Simultaneously tilt your pelvis forward as far as is comfortable. Do not lower your head below your shoulders or tilt your neck back to maintain a straight body. Hold for 1 to 2 minutes, then return to the original position.
PECTORALIS LONG STRETCH: Maintain a straight body with arms hanging at your sides. Flex your fingers upward and rotate your hands to the front of your shoulder blades. Then rotate them backward, palms facing forward. Keep your elbows facing forward. Rotate your shoulders, neck and head upward toward the floor, with your chin slightly raised, as you rotate your upper arms in toward your head, keeping your lower back straight. Hold for 1 to 2 minutes, then return to the original position.
