Learn from your past or train for your future

To prepare, you can develop an internal map of your past successes.

Use this map to understand what you did well, or what you should avoid doing in future. Make a detailed plan for developing this map and making it a reality by implementing a weekly practice session that consists of writing down your successes and identifying the actions you should take to achieve them.

The third key is to practice what you learn. You need to regularly practice the concepts you have learnt during the week, as well as identify more effective methods for implementing them in your daily life. It is a continuous process of learning and applying what you have learnt. Once you have applied it on a regular basis in your everyday life, you can develop a more positive attitude, better communication skills and an overall more positive outlook on life. I am going to start with a brief introduction to the concept of “sitting”. Sittings are an interesting concept; it requires an active participant to maintain and continue the sitting for a prolonged period. I would love to explain the “Sitting” concept in layman’s terms. This will help you understand the concept better, and you will be better prepared to understand this concept in a more detailed way when you come to learn it in an advanced class.

I want to explain the concept of “sitting” with the following example. Let me try to explain the concept of sitting with an example. Let us say you are having the best day ever on a busy work day. You arrived at the office after early morning exercise class. You had a really good time. After work you took a leisurely break to relax and you sat down, but then you felt bored and took out your jump rope to do a couple of skips. This example contradicts all above but it is like the future which you can never predict.
