I needed to find a jump rope workout program for me to get fit.

I was looking for a program that could help with all the stuff that went wrong with my other training regimen.

The problem I had with the jump rope program was: 1. the training is not progressive and 2. the classes were not the right ones with good support for my needs. I had no classes with good music or techniques that could help me with my recovery.

I had a lot of energy. I had good muscles but I was missing some of my muscle tissue. I’m not a body builder, I don’t need to have good muscle mass. I have to be lean and strong. The other thing I noticed was my heart rate increased a lot during the last two years I had a bad luck. I have to say I was lazy to stop using my training app. 3) The support at the gym was not good. I didn’t see the coach when I was there, I didn’t have any friends there and I didn’t have any accountability to keep me on this program and I didn’t feel like I was working out with a team (I have my own team, we train together).

I wanted to train with someone that I could trust and who would also teach and motivate me. I wish now that I had invested in a program with more coaches and more support and more people I could support. I wish I had my old coach back, even though the skipping program he started to help me with was not the best program. But with this jump rope program here, things rapidly improved.
